Cascading values

Hi everuone,

Need help with cascading subtotals for a Profit & Loss.

I have used/tried wth David Churchwars example but need some additional twists which i can't get right.


I need to sum on differnt levels, please see attached file. Sheets PLtable and PLpivot is how I would like the sums to be.
