Transfer data from one sheet to another sheet based on criteria

Hi Friends,

While working on attached sheet i get an error. Can any one help me out in this:

I have two sheet (Working & October 2015). In Working sheet i have table and button. In October 2015 sheet i have a table, date wise in same format with some changes.

Now what i done is if any user press a button EAD-AP in Working sheet it will transfer a data on the basis of date, B:B column, and the names (Vijay, Jaffar, Aniket, Sheela etc). to October 2015, but i get an error stating "Type Mismatch". I tried lot to resolve the thing but didnt get it.

Can anyone please help me in this

Nandukumar on the Working sheet isn't found on the October 2015 sheet. It's Nandakumar.
