this data i get from two different website, i have to reconcile the data
    1) First match the Column A with Column A or the Name
    2) Match my date with Import 1 to Import 2. If date is matching do find the difference between Import1 Column D and IMport 2 Column D.

the excel sheet i have upload is just a small list, usually i would be having huge list of data in IMport 1 and Import 2 tab some 800 rows.

On the worksheet Import1 use formula
    Code:
    =IF(A2<>'Import 2'!A2;"Different";A2)
also you can use Conditional Formatting
    Code:
    equal to ="Different"
or CF used directly on to original data

On the worksheet Import2 you can use Conditional Formatting also
    Code:
    =IF(A2<>'Import 1'!A2;TRUE;FALSE)

Attention! In the formulas as a delimiter I use a semicolon (; ) if you using my formula, then perhaps you need to use a comma (,)
Also for a decimal number I use a comma (,) you may need to use point (.) instead of
