Is there a way for me to count occurrences (OUTPUT) of a value (INPUT) within range (NUMBERS) by ROW based on the Row# inputted at the top? Eventually, there will be multiple rows. Please help.

    For example:

    Row# 1

    INPUT criteria #1 - 3 OUTPUT - 1
    Input criteria #2 - 6 Output - 2
    Input criteria #3 - 9 Output - 1

    ROW NUMBERS
    1 - 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 6 9 10
    2 - 2 3 1 5 7 9 8 3 1 6

    Using this example:
    Data Range
    A
    B
    C
    D
    E
    F
    G
    H
    I
    J
    1
    RowRef:
    1
    2
    Item:
    3
    Count:
    1
    3
    4
    5
    1
    2
    3
    4
    5
    6
    7
    6
    9
    10
    6
    2
    3
    1
    5
    7
    9
    8
    3
    1
    6

This formula returns the count of the Item in the RowRef of A5:J6
    Code:
    D2: =COUNTIF(INDEX(A5:J6,B1,0),B2)
When B1=1 and B2=3...The count of 3 in the first row is: 1
When B1=1 and B2=6...The count of 6 in the first row is: 2

Is that something you can work with?
