Excel Scroll Bar Problem

Hey everyone, I need to make my scroll bar move by 0.1 each time the arrows are clicked (I believe this is the 'small change' option) but when I go to enter it in it comes up with an error message saying "Invalid property Value". Also I've set the minimum to be -1 and the maximum to be 2 however when I scroll to where it should say -1 it has 65535 instead? Any ideas on what I can do?

You don't say whether it's a scrollbar on a sheet or on a user form, nor whether it's an ActiveX or Forms scrollbar. The attached addresses all 3.

Thanks for the reply P45cal, sorry about the lack of information I'm only new to excel. It's an ActiveX Scroll bar on a sheet, I've done what you showed me in the attached document but when I get to the lowest number I need it still changes to 6552.5.
 
A guess: you haven't set the scrollbar's Min property to 0.
 
Ohh I had it as -1 because it needs to go down to -1 but it works now! Thank you so much!
