    What is the way to lock a specific row or column of an excel file and not the whole data? Will that can be undone also?

    Protect individual range

    1. Select all cells on Worksheet (Ctrl+A)
    2. Right click mouse on selected cells
    3. On protection tab Off - Locked option
    4. Select range (row, cells or column) which you want lock
    5. On protection tab On - Locked option
    6. On Review tab click Protect Sheet (enter password and remember it)

    Attention! In the formulas as a delimiter I use a semicolon (; ) if you using my formula, then perhaps you need to use a comma (,)
