Linking Cell to Another Workbook and Using when Closed

    Hi all,

I would like to bring through a value from another workbook and still be able to use the value when the workbook is closed. (The Indirect function will not allow this - it retruns a "#REF" answer)

    For example,

The workbook in which the answer lies is called "2015_q1_Data"

I want to be able to use a formula to return the value that is in this workbook in tab "10a" and cell "S15"

In my active workbook, cell A1 contains "10a" and cell B1 contains "S15"

Does anyone know a formula to link all of these together to brink through the value into the active workbook? Ideally the values in A1 and B1 could be altered to bring through different values.

    Many thanks!

Attention! In the formulas as a delimiter I use a semicolon (; ) if you using my formula, then perhaps you need to use a comma (,)
Also for a decimal number I use a comma (,) you may need to use point (.) instead of
