Need a code for copying information

I'm not familiar with Excel coding. I was wondering whether there was a way to do the following:

So in column C there are numbers

in column D, E an F there is content to those numbers

Some of those numbers repeat; one of the repeats contains content within the rows D, E, F; while the other(s) have no content.

I want to copy and paste the repeat with the content into the repeats without the content.

Is there a code that would automatically do this without having having to manually go through the excel spreadsheet?
