Hello everyone,

This is my first post here and Im in need of help in copy pasting data in a particular format in excel. I have copied grouped textboxes from ppt to excel (as shown in the attachment, column I). i dont want to disturb the format of the grouped boxes in any way.

Is it possible to replace the text in a textbox (say textbox 1) with text in cell "C6" and similarly for other textboxes (eb textbox 2 contents to be replaced by text in cell "C7".

Many thanks for your help!

Best regards

Hi,
If you want to do it manually (there are only 7 textbox) just click on a text box, textbox 1 for example, then in the Formula bar, type = $C$6.

see the attached file.
good luck

Thanks a lot for this Hossat! Solves my problem! We can format the cells the same way as we want the text boxes to be! Great :)
