Hi everyone, I am unable to calculate the time difference between two dates.

Here's what i am trying to calculate

Start Date Start Time End Date End Time
    26-Jun-15 10:29 PM 27-Jun-15 5:09 AM

The formula used is : =((I36+J36)-(H36+G36))*24 The answer that i am getting 6.67 actually it should be 6.40...

Anyone knows how to correct this??

    Thanks

    Hi,
    Assume
    Start Date = A2
    Start Time = B2
    End Date = C2
    End Time = D2
Try below formula in cell E2:
    =INT((C2+D2)-(A2+B2))&TEXT((C2+D2)-(A2+B2),"h"":""m""""")

    Hi,
Try sum function. in which cell you get the total time, just change the format cell.

    Press Ctrl+1

Go to custom then choose or type [h]:mm:ss
