show value as % of next door columns Total

Good day. Referring to the attached picture. I need the highlighted value (9) to show as a percentage of the other highlighted value (22550). In the values field, yoy will see that these two values are from different columns. Please Help

ALL() is just one word in the DAX language.

A possible unscalable learning curve.
