I want to keep some running data measurements across several columns. I then want to take this data (most recent most important) and find the difference (whether + or -) and have that result to show up in another cell. (i would post a screenshot, but newbies can't do that :Cry
example:
starting weight in C6
weight measurements in cells B23:B30....
I want to compare the data B23:B30 to my starting weight in C6 and have this calculated in cell B18
When I put in another measurement in B31..., I then want cell B18 updated with the new measurement
I want my measurements to reflect (-) if I have lost weight or (+) if I have gained.
Can someone please help me with this. I am not very fluent with Excel and really looking for a spreadsheet to help me with my weight loss. thanks so much!!
