Excel formula for commission bandings

Can somebody please help me before I go crazy!

I'm trying to create a formula for commission payments based on bandings above a threshold.

I've attached an example of the spreadsheet I'm working from, the basics are:

Revenue less than a threshold of 5k = 0% commission

Revenue between 5k and up to 11k = 10%

Revenue above 11k = 15%

The above file is open my PC. I also try in different PC and it's working. As you want, I have attached another file. please check.

Do you mean variable rates
