    Hello,

I need to generate 6 digits codes in the range (f16:f33) in the attached file based on three conditions:

    - Select the first digit based on the company code, Range (b17:b33) with reference to the codes table (b2:c8)
    - Select the second and the third digit based on the department code , Range (c17:c33) with reference to the codes table (e2:f12)
    - Select the last three digits based on the location, Range (d17:d33) with reference to the codes table (h2:i14)

I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance

    Try

    =LEFT(INDEX($B$3:$B$8,MATCH(B17,$C$3:$C$8,0)),1)&MID(INDEX($E$3:$E$12,MATCH(C17,$F$3:$F$12,0)),2,2)&RIGHT(INDEX($H$3:$H$14,MATCH(D17,$I$3:$I$14,0)),3)
