How to calculate handle time

Good day;

i need some assistant, on how to calculate handle time. from report i have open time,close time and resolve time, the calculation should minus non operating Hour.

Operating Hour: • Monday – Saturday: 8.30am – 7.30pm
• Sunday – 8.00am – 8.30pm

**Including Public Holiday.

With holidays and 4 level SLA operating hours.
With Defined Names and Macro.
Easier version with Excel 2013 Pro Plus with Power Query available.
