How can I change the referances?

Basicly my sheet shows the index numbers in different colors due to the weights with according to their Zone names.

At the very below side, there is an Index Referance Table. In the formulas of this table, it uses A33-B51 as references. I want it use D33D51 instead of A33-B51. How can I manage it? Can you please help me?
