Compare and Even

So the basic idea is to compare 4 different cells of numbers and output what numbers it would take to even the 4 out.

So A1=5, A2=3, B1=2, B2=4

The next four cells would be 0, 2, 3, and 1 to even the numbers out. I have no idea where to start.
