changing alternatives in different sets

I have a sheet (attached here)

Where i want to give alternatives in a new set like set 1, 2, 3 and so on

i. e. question and answer will be the same but location of each option should be changed everytime

can i do that automatically using excel formual that i give command and all alternatives appear in a new way every time

plz help

It chooses a random number from 1 to 24 then looks up that combination of 4 answers from the list of all 24 combinations I put in column A.
