Automatic Unique "Defined Names" in Name Manager

    This is my first post.

I am currently developing a tracking template for a construction company, and one of the features of my template is an automatic dynamic range update for one of my production graphs. The production graph range changes every week, so I made a defined name to update the range. However, just like the picture attached, everytime I create a new template worksheet inside my workbook, the formula adapts to the new worksheet name, but not the Defined Name of the Formula.

I want those defined names to be UNIQUE and relevant to the scope of the defined names.

For example, if my worksheet is named "WOSELEY", I want the 2 defined names for that worksheet to be "WOLSELEY1" and "WOLSELEY2".

Is there a macro or something that would make Excel automatically name my Defined Names as described above without having to do it myself?

Worksheet scoped names are unique, when you include the sheet name.
