We deal in property business and we would like to calculate IRR and Cash on Cash return based on the following parameters:
Date of Purchase: 21-01-2014
Purchase Basis: 79000
Date Sold: 15-03-2014
Sold Price: 92000
Can anybody calculate IRR and CoC on the above criteria?
