Cell value isnt what it is seen in the value

Hello. It is possible that i see in one cell the value 400 and the real value in the cell to be different? For example i want to see in the cell "400" but it s real value to be 300..thks
 
You could store 400 in another cell and use the Camera tool to show that over the main cell's real value.
 
Use the custom format "400" and apply to relevant cell(s).
