Auto sum Rounding problem

My formula is consistently off on my weekly payroll report by a few pennies.
can anyone help me with this rounding issue. See below / attached for details:

thank you!! I know that was a basic question.
I wasnt aware of the ' ,2 ' to determine how many spaces to round. Thanks for clearing up. I'm good to go now.
