Error while saving Excel worksheet

Hi, Yall
I have Microsoft Excel 2010 running on Windows 7. I cannot save a file in Excel sometimes.
So when I open and try to "Save". It says "Errors were detected while saving (this Excel worksheet). Microsoft Excel may be able to save it by removing or repairing some features. To make the repairs in a new file, click Continue, to cancel saving the file click Cancel "
So if I click on continue. At the end it will say "Document not saved"
Can someone help me please.

Various reasons for the error. Disk/network error, file too big. Google Excel "Document not saved" to get a few of them.
As a last ditch method this has helped me in the past: Create a new file on the local drive. For every sheet copy the sheet to the new file then copy any VBA code over. Finally ensure that all the new sheets refer to the new workbook not the old.
