Use this array formula

=INDEX($D$4:$D$15,SMALL(IF($C$4:$C$15=$G$5,ROW($D$4:$D$15)),ROW(A1))-ROW($D$3))

I put the above formula in my excel file. it is not working. can u please provide the excel file "Example.xlsx" using the above array formula.

yes, i have entered ctrl-shift-Enter.
