I am trying to automatically color code the data I have that the cell turns green if 100% is achieved.
    Example:
In row 3 column "h" I put 100%, the columns A to G should turn green.
How do I do it? Thanks

are you saying that you want the entire columns A to G to turn green if H3 = 100%?

No, he is saying A3:G3 turn to green.

Select A3:G3, add conditional formatting with a formula of =$H3=1, and set your format to Green fill coiour.
