Please help me to understand what the condition is in the following formula???

=IF(N203="",(+S203),(N203+(R203*365)))

N203="" What is the condition for cell N203? I don't understand =""
 
It means it is testing that it doesn't contain a formula, a number or a text string.
 
Thank you Bob, I guess its obvious now that you've told me that.....thanks.....Glad that I found this site. Theres a lot for me to learn....oh boy!
