How to run XLSM file without Excel

I have created a macro in an Excel file and saved it as XLSM file. Now I need to open it in a system which is not having MS office.
What are alternative options to open and run the XLSM file without Microsoft Excel? I have installed Open Office but while opening the XLSM file, it is just showing loading...loading....loading.... How can I open the XLSM file with Open Office or with any other free software's which can run an XLSM file?

I'm just not sure if it will handle the xlsm part. xlsx would be no issue, and you could open that using a OneDrive account. The issue is that the m in xlsm indicates macros, and those won't run on a cloud based platform (like OneDrive.)
