Cell formula to change text based on date

Hi,


I need a formula that will turn the text in a cell red after a certain number of weeks from the date entered in the cell. For example if I enter the date 15/10/14, after 10 weeks I need it to turn red.

=TODAY()>=$A1+70

where A1 is topmost cell in your selection.
