Formatting linked sheets

I HAVE A WORK BOOK WITH 3 SHEETS, THAT ARE ALL LINKED.

HOWEVER I NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN DO THE FOLLOWING.

I WANT TO CONDITIONAL FROMATE THE FOLLOWING SHEET AND FIELDS SEE BELOW ONLY IF THE FIELDS ON THE OTHER SHEET CONTAIN NO BLANKS.

Noncontracted call log cell rance c2-c100 formate green if on non contracted call out Log Dispatch e3-e100 contain no blanks

Conditional formatting, new rule, "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" and
Formula is
=ISBLANK('log Dispatch'!e3:e100)

or
=NOT(ISBLANK('log Dispatch'!e3:e100))
