Data Validation -- Display Input Messages in a Text Box

I have been trying to show some specific text in text box when i select something from data validation list.

I have been trying the following link

The problem is when i try to edit cell value the massage in textbox does not changes & when i try to increase the data validation column still it does not chnage.

I dont understand the code also. There is no string in the code naming which matches the cell valu in any of the sheet how is it showing the massage??

You need to check the box to show the message in the DV tab.
