Creating Dynamic Menu

Hi everyone,
I want to create dynamic menu in excel ribbon and i want to populate it but I didn`t understand anything from examples in internet.
Can anybody help me ?

It would probably also help if you clarified what exactly you didn't understand - after all, if you didn't understand anything from all the examples out there, how could we expect to help by giving you an example?

Because it is overly-convoluted I expect. Every time I create one I have to look at an old example, and it never works first time.
