I think I need Pivot Tables for Equipment Inventory?

Good Day,

I would like to make an excel spreadsheet with Equipment Inventory that some how links with each other. For example, I would like :

Sheet1 to have some sort of searching mechanism (probably a pivot table) that would list for me all of a certain criteria I ask for like all Pcs without keyboards or all in a certain location.
Sheet2 to have all data of each Pc like location of the pc, model, manufacturer, ram, cpu.
Sheet3 to have all screens data with location, model, manufacturer, and size but then some how linked to Sheet2 so that when I look for a PC and I find one, I would also get the screen the PC is connected to.
Sheet4 to have all data of UPS with location, model, manufacturer, and watts then some how linked to Sheet2 so that when I select a PC, I would be able to see what UPS it is connected to .

Is something like this possible?

You could do it with a pivot table using multiple consolidation, but personally I would just have one list, with a column showing type as well.
