I am getting a VALUE error when trying to average a range of cells that contain zero values & the range of cells also contain formulas. My formula for the range is "=AVERAGE(IF(B4:AY4<>0,IF(B4:AY4<>"",B4:AY4)))" which solved the zero problem but it would seem that i am now getting the VALUE error due to text being in the cell range. Any suggestions, Regards Darren

I forgot to add that some of the cells contain formulas, is this my problem ?
