Hello,
I am not sure if what I want can be done with formulas (preferable) or vba.
I am still a newbie, so I apologize if I am putting this question in the wrong area.
I have a spread sheet where I want the user to be able to click the check box for that item, and then only for the items that are clicked, I want that entire section related to the item to be inserted into the Results sheet.

If you see the attached screenshots of my sheet. I have done it manually to better explain.
On the main sheet checkbox #1,3,4, & 6 are selected, therefore only those items are inputted into the Results sheet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
