Create a dynamic hyperlink in a picture.

What I'm trying to work out is how to create a dynamic hyperlink in an image. What I have is a drop-down list with the names of a few games. On another sheet where I pull the list from, I have associated URL's to it's Wikipedia page. What I want to do is have a clickable image (wiki icon) that's hyperlink URL will automatically change depending on the game I have selected in the drop-down box.

So, on the sheet you will see two tabs, "Game" and "data". The URL's to Wiki are in the "data" tab. The drop down list and Wiki image in the "Game" tab. What I want is to be able to select a game from the drop down list, then click on the wiki image and have the Wikipedia page of that game open. Simply put, if I select a game from the drop down list, I want the wiki image hyperlink URL to automatically change to the game selected.
