Formula IF(ISNUMBER(SEARCH("sub",$E1916)),"YES","NO")) I have added to it the first countifs function below to count any repeated values in column AJ as one and by day (column A), so that if the repeated value in AJ column is also repeated on a different day, it doesn’t include it in the counting. But it is not working. Am I missing a countif before the countifs? Much appreciated
