Comparaison of data in two excel workfiles

I have a list of products in two different worksheets and I would like to compare them to get only what is different between the two (new products added or deleted since the last version of the list). What is the best way to do this?

It can be done in many ways...

May be using the formula with source data and arriving the result using Pivot Table will be easy to handle.

But we need a sample workbook by showing expected result for giving exact solution
