Request : Pl help me Send mail merged mail in Lotus notes using XL VBA

Dear XL Gurus

I need to send a
* standard
* formatted
* Lotus mail mail
* to multiple recipients
* using MS XL (2010 ) and Lotus notes (8.5).

The addresses and formatted standard mail are in XL. they are to be sent out using Lotus notes

Presently the data is organised as follows :
-----------------------------------------------------
* The list of e mail and street addresses are on sheet 1.
* The standard mail (template) is in sheet 2 and
* a sample output (mail merged output) is shown in sheet 3. This is to go out on the body of the lotus mail ! The formatted sample output is also shown as a word file, but the word file is only to clarify the formatting. The mail(er) itself is to be on the body of the Lotus mail

the sp sheet and the word file are uploaded here

the data can be re organised if necessary

I read some earlier posts and links on the web. I _forgot_ out how to pick one address after another from the xl sheet !! :-( . more important I need the formatting !
