Locking or Fixing the Format of columns

Dear all once more,

This time I am writing to ask about cell formating:

I would like, in my excel sheet, to have COLUMN C, D and E as text no matter whether I insert rows or I past cells form another doc etc..

Is there liek a magic option to fix that, maybe under a password?

Make use of Worsheet Events to format those columns add/del to format as text.
Use Paste Special Values/Text whenever pasting the data in those columns to keep the data as text.
