I have questions for Excel expert - automatic copy formula in same row after entered

Can an Excel expert explain to me the following two situations please


Why after I entered the data in columns A and B, Excel does not automatically copy the formula in the same row (see Sheet1).
In another situation, on Sheet2 Excel copy all formulas.
