How to create lists from intersecting column and row headers?

Hi I currently have a table with column and row headers. Row headers are pupils names. Column headers are activities. If a pupil is going on a certain activity I put the letter Y in the cell. What I would like to do is create a new table which looks at a pupils name, searches along their row and when it finds a Y it will just simply give the name of the activity.

Such as

John cinema bowling paintballing
Connor paintball ice skating

Etc
