Dear Friends,

I would like to separate the first letter and rest of sentence in two different columns in an excel sheet by using the formula. I could separate the first letter by using the function =left (A1, 1), in another column which is B. But not able to apply the same logic for rest of sentence, as the same is containing number of letters. Hence kindly guide me here which formula needs to be applied for the same to exclude the first letter in column C.

Attached an excel sheet for your ready reference.

Thanks in advance,

Alternatively - Data - Text to columns - fixed width - insert a line break after the first character - Done
