Need help in formula

Dear Friends,

I am new for this forum and very glad to be member in this professional forum to hone excel skills.

I request you all kindly help me out regarding the following query.

If we want to change the existing column dates as one common date without changing of Month and Year to another column, how can we do that in an excel sheet.
I need to prepare a report where I need to indicate date as first of every month without changing the month and year in another column.

Herewith attached an excel sheet for your ready reference. Hence request you all help me out for the same.

Your valued support in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Try this:

Code: 
=DATE(YEAR(B2),MONTH(B2),1)

Autofill down.

If you want to use a different day, change the "1" to the day you prefer.
 
These formulas will do that:

=EOMONTH(B2,-1)+1

or

=DATE(YEAR(B2),MONTH(B2),1)
