HI everyone,

I have a problem with excel files in a folder.
I have 3 folders
1-Main folder with customers files
2- Inactive files

I sometimes pull files from inactive folder and drop it in the main folder to work on.
recently I see several files in the inactive folder duplicate automatically in the main folder.
I have to delete them everyday and again they show up the next day I turn on my computer.
I am still using window XP.
can somebody help me please?
