Hi,

I am looking for a macro, or other method, to allow a shared spreadsheet to send an automated email to a user who has just filled in some cells.

The shared spreadsheet is one which allows a large group of people to digitally book out vans from a pool of 6 vans.

The data they enter to book a van out is there name, job number, passenger number, mileage and the floor level where they have left the van in the multi storey car park.

Currently it is proving difficult to get users to complete the spreadsheet once they are finished with the van, specifically the mileage and the floor in which they left the van.

Hence an email would be useful, even just to act as a reminder.

Any help is greatly appreciated.......
