dashboard...

I am trying to build an interactive dashboard based on the value selected in the dropdown box. I have included a sample data file which contains two tabs.
Data and dashboard, by looking on the dashboard you will see how I want to display the data.

I'm a bit cross, because after having spent significant time finding a solution for you I discover you've cross posted and have probably got a solution elsewhere; I feel I've wasted my time.
