Please someone help me, I am out of my depth!!

Hi All, I have attached a workbook I am doing to help calculate pay increases. basically I would like to be able to fill out the 'current pay' and the 'performance rating' and excel populate the pay zone and the possible min and max pay increases based on the info on the table. Can this be done?
