selecting(copy) a range of data n send by gmail

hi all,
is there any easy way to send e-mail via gmail.
i have some line of data in a work book. when i run macro it'll be mailed to predefined recipient via my gmail.

i uploaded my excel file which i was trying. where i replaced my exmails n password.

when i click on the button send mail, it need to copy the Range(B4:E12) from the file and send mail via my gmail.
