    I have the following Formulas:

    =MAX(IF(MOD(COLUMN(C7:Y7)-COLUMN(C7),2)=0,C7:Y7)) formula gives a Date Result, if no data captured gives a 00 Jan 00 result

    =INDEX(C7:Y7,MATCH(AB7,IF(MOD(COLUMN(C7:Y7)-COLUMN(C7),2)=0,C7:Y7),0)+1) formula gives a Percentage Result, if no data captured givs a 0% result

    =IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP($B7,INDUCTION!$B$7:$AC$500,27,FALSE)),"-",VLOOKUP($B7,INDUCTION!$B$7:$AC$500,27,FALSE)) formula gives a Date Result, if no data captured gives a 00 Jan 00 result

    =IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP($B7,INDUCTION!$B$7:$AC$500,28,FALSE)),"-",VLOOKUP($B7,INDUCTION!$B$7:$AC$500,28,FALSE)) formula gives a Percentage Result, if no data captured givs a 0% result

    If no data is captured I want the result to be blank " ". How can I edit these formulas to give a blank result?

    Good morning,

    Take any of the formulas (I'll use 'x') and do this:

    if ( x = 0, "", x).

    Just copy and paste it all.

    Best of luck,
