Please kindly help me out on how to link Excel 2013 file to another Excel 2013 file

Please can someone help me out here, I have an Excel file stored in my Disk (G:\Dont click 01\Excel doc special\Second Stock Account Ink sells record.xlsx) of my hard drive with worksheet reference (=All_stock_info!$E$13) or/with a name defined as (Second_stock_money_collected) now I want to link the above Excel file worksheet reference to the below Excel file worksheet reference. Disk (G:\Dont click 01\Excel doc special\Ink sells record.xlsx) of my hard drive with worksheet reference (=All_stock_info!$E$13) or/with a name defined as (Second_stock_collection_ref) please can someone help me out, thanks in advance.
